Do you have a terrace?
. Yes, we have a covered and heated terrace that is open in good weather. We are happy to serve outside when the weather permits.
Is smoking allowed on the terrace?
. Our terrace is a non-smoking area. For guests who wish to smoke, a separate smoking area is available at the back of the terrace. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Is there parking at the restaurant?

Accessibility
Does O&O have a dress code?
We don't have a formal dress code – the most important thing is that you feel comfortable. However, we do appreciate it if you avoid sportswear, out of respect for the atmosphere and the other guests.
Is the restaurant wheelchair accessible?
Yes, our restaurant is wheelchair accessible. Please note that there are no grab rails in the restroom. Please let us know in advance if you are coming in a wheelchair, so we can accommodate you as best as possible and assign you a table with sufficient space.
Are young children welcome?
Our decor and menus are not specifically adapted to the needs and expectations of young children. We understand that young children often prefer more space to move around and to see familiar children's dishes on their plates. We recommend postponing a visit with young babies, or perhaps placing the little one(s) with a babysitter. This way, we can ensure a calm and pleasant atmosphere for all our guests, and parents can also fully enjoy their visit. Once your little ones are a little older, they will likely enjoy their visit to our restaurant even more.
Are pets allowed?
. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in our restaurant. We make an exception for assistance dogs, provided they are clearly identifiable as such. We kindly ask that you inform us of this when you make your reservation so we can take this into account.
Dietary requirements
We do our utmost to accommodate allergies and dietary requirements, but due to increasing diversity, we unfortunately cannot accommodate all requests.
Certain ingredients are essential to the signature of our cuisine and therefore cannot be completely excluded. Please inform us in advance of any allergies, dietary requirements, or other special menu requests. Last-minute changes will incur a charge.

Reservations and cancellations
How do I reserve a table?
Booking is easy through our website. We require a €50.00 deposit per person to confirm your reservation. You can change or cancel your reservation up to 24 hours in advance; in the latter case, you will receive a full refund. Please note: different cancellation policies apply for holidays and special occasions, which will be stated at the time of booking.
Can I make a reservation for a larger group?
You can reserve a table for up to 8 people through our website. For requests for larger groups, please contact us directly by email or phone. We'd be happy to discuss the options with you.
My preferred date is not available, what now?
If there's no availability, you can register for the waiting list via our website. If a table becomes available, we'll contact you. Please note: a spot on the waiting list does not guarantee a reservation.
How do I change the number of people in my reservation?
Yes, it is possible to adjust the number of people. Please contact us by email or phone to do so, so that we can check availability and update your reservation.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. In that case, the deposit will be fully refunded. For cancellations less than 24 hours in advance or in the event of a no-show, the deposit will be forfeited.
